PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
The products are sent to the shipping address that you have indicated in the order. No shipments are made to PO Boxes, so it is necessary to give us the exact delivery address. The customer agrees to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address in which the requested order can be delivered within the usual schedule of delivery of goods. In case of breach by the customer of this obligation CAN LUAR will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the client. In the case of placing an order for several items with different availabilities, the delivery time will take into account the longest expected delivery. In exceptional cases, CAN LUAR reserves the right to disaggregate the order, sending the available items and leaving pending a second shipment, the items not available. In this case, the second shipment is made without any additional cost. The maximum term established for the delivery of orders established by law is thirty (30) days. However, the usual delivery time of CAN LUAR is 3-5 business days, from the date of the order. In case there is a problem on our part that prevents sending the package within this period, we will contact you to inform you.

The shipping costs are not included in the prices provided on the website and are shown before finalizing a purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order. The relevant shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
